How much does the Flexibility Package cost?
The Flexibility Package costs €2.30 per day and is added when you book your car.
Do I get my money back if I cancel?
No. The Flexibility Package doesn’t refund your payment — instead, it lets you move your booking to a new date, car, or pick-up location free of any cancellation fee, as long as you do it at least 24 hours before pick-up.
Can I add the Flexibility Package after I've already booked?
No. The Flexibility Package can only be added at the time of booking — it can’t be added to an existing reservation afterwards.
Can I change my booking more than once?
No. The Flexibility Package allows one free rebooking. If your plans change again after that, standard cancellation terms apply.
What happens if I cancel less than 24 hours before pick-up?
The 24-hour window is required to rebook free of charge. If you cancel within 24 hours of pick-up, standard cancellation terms apply instead.
Can I use the new booking for a different car or location?
Yes. When you rebook, you can choose a different car, pick-up date, or location — it doesn’t have to match your original booking.
